By using our website and placing an order you are accepting our terms and conditions.

Payment options

We accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX through the stripe gateway. We also accept PayPal.


Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $10 Australia wide.

Free shipping is given for orders over $100.

Your order will be dispatched from Melbourne within 1-3 business days of receipt of your order. Delivery time will depend on your location. For example:

Delivery to Melbourne, Adelaide or Sydney could take 1-3 business days.

Delivery to Perth or Darwin could take 5-10 business days.

Delivery to Brisbane could take 2-5 business days.

Please note these are estimates only and in some cases delivery may be quicker or may exceed the above estimates (for example, rural towns may experience delays outside the above estimates).

You can track your order online once the item has been dispatched. If you are experiencing any further delays with your shipment, please contact us via the form on our contact page.

Please ensure the delivery address you supply is correct. We are not liable for orders sent to the wrong address. If you have accidentally ordered to the wrong address, please contact us immediately.

Returns & Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a refund. Unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund after this time.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, and in the original packaging and same condition as when you received it.

You are responsible for your own shipping costs to return the item. We are unable to accept responsibility of any parcels returned to us until they are safely received by us, so please pack the items well.

A refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned item if the item meets the Returns & Refund Policy as detailed above.


If an item you receive is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the item.

You must provide photo evidence and a description of the damage in order for the item to be replaced or a credit applied to your account.


While we aim to accurately display the colour of products, some colours may vary slightly from those displayed by your screen.
